As PAFACOM, Inc. provides a variety of services to special needs individuals, we are always looking for dependable, enthusiastic and caring people to join our team of dedicated staff. In addition to our program services/direct care positions, PAFACOM, Inc. is comprised of a maintenance department, bookkeeping personnel, administrative and clerical departments.

If you are interested in a potential job or volunteer opportunity with PAFACOM, Inc., please complete the appropriate application, which are kept at the administrative office; or, complete and send back the attached application or print and fax it to the Human Resource Dept. at 856-691-6560. The Human Resource Dept. will contact you if we have an opening that matches your qualifications.

Please note that all applicants are required to produce a High School Diploma or GED equivalent as well as a valid NJ Driver's License. Also, if employment is offered, continued employment with PAFACOM, Inc. is contingent upon satisfactory drug testing, pre-employment physical, background check, DMV abstract results, and successful completion of the State of New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities Certification, CPR, First Aid, Crisis Management Training and any other required trainings or certification when obtained after date of hire.
